It lives in the founder’s instincts, the leadership team’s experience and the unwritten standards employees gradually learn over time. It influences how the company makes decisions, communicates, sells, solves problems and serves its clients, yet much of it has never been formally captured.

MEET THE FOUNDER
Ashley Blackmore
I created Animas Intelligence because I understand what it feels like to build a company that gradually becomes dependent on everything the founder knows.
As the founder and managing broker of Blackmore Group Realty, I have built a growing company in one of Colorado’s most competitive and relationship driven industries. I have managed people, developed systems, protected a highly personal brand and led complex, high value transactions, including a record breaking $18.3 million ranch sale.
As the company grew, I recognized that many of its most important standards were living inside my own head. My team could access documents and software, but that did not automatically give them the judgment, context and voice behind the decisions.
That realization became the foundation for Animas Intelligence.
I began developing a better way to capture what founders know and turn it into something their companies can use. Not just a collection of procedures, but a structured intelligence system that preserves how the business thinks, communicates and operates.
My background in business, entrepreneurship, leadership, marketing and high stakes client service shapes the way I approach every engagement. I understand that founders do not need another consultant handing them a generic report. They need someone who can listen carefully, identify what matters and build a system that reflects the reality of their company.
I founded Animas Intelligence to help other business owners preserve what they have built, create leverage from what they know and prepare their companies for the next stage of growth.

Animas Intelligence was founded in the San Juan Mountains of Southwest Colorado, where the Animas River has shaped communities, businesses and landscapes for generations.
